Instructions:
1. Prepare your nails with UV primer, UV color gel (preferably black) and a non-wipe UV topcoat.
2. Use an eye shadow stick to pick the powder and gently apply it to your nails.
3. Rub it until you achieve the desired results.
4. Finally, seal with a non-wiping UV topcoat.
